Peer-to-peer slide sync
Presenter controls the deck; every connected device follows. Uses Bluetooth LE for discovery, Wi-Fi Direct for data. Internet not required.
DeckSync is the native iPad presentation app built for investor relations, fund marketing, and anyone else who's tired of printing out slide decks. One iPad controls the slides; up to five viewers follow in real time. Only the presenter needs a subscription — viewers join free. Wirelessly, fully offline, with zero backend, and zero accounts.
DeckSync fits whatever workflow you already have. Pre-load decks onto the fleet before a roadshow, or AirDrop a last-minute update in the lobby.
Import a PDF from the Files app, AirDrop, the share sheet, or USB. If the deck isn't on the viewer, it'll push during join.
Tap Start Presenting. Set a four-digit PIN for extra security.
Viewers open DeckSync, tap your session from the nearby list, and the deck opens (or loads) instantly.
Swipe, tap thumbnails, long-press for the laser pointer. Every connected iPad follows.
DeckSync puts your presentation on nearby iPads (and iPhones) instantly, so everyone can follow along with a sharp, reliable view of every slide. No accounts, no uploads, no cloud, no awkward setup—just a smoother, more polished meeting from the moment you start.

Works in conference rooms, hotel lobbies, and anywhere else you need to present. Leave the hotspot at home.
Long-press on any page to project a red dot to every follower device in real time.
Hand control to the room for Q&A. Viewers swipe back to the slide they want, then the presenter taps once to re-lock the session.
Optional four-digit PIN prevents accidental joins from the iPad on the next floor. All peer traffic is encrypted out of the box.
Pull PDFs from Files, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, AirDrop, the iOS share sheet, or USB via Finder. Load the deck to all devices before the meeting or push to each device as they join.
Only the presenter subscribes. Everyone following along downloads DeckSync and joins free — no account, no trial, no paywall. Subscribe on the App Store, with every feature included on both plans. Annual saves roughly 37%, and there's a one-week free trial to make sure it's right for you.
Month-to-month flexibility. Cancel anytime from the App Store.

No. DeckSync works fully offline. Devices discover and connect to each other over Bluetooth and peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. If you have Wi-Fi, DeckSync will use that for communication between devices.
Up to five viewer devices per session, for six devices in total.
No. Only the presenter subscribes. Viewers download DeckSync and join free, with no account and no trial to start.
PDF only. PowerPoint and other slide formats must be converted to PDF before being loaded into DeckSync.
None. DeckSync has zero third-party SDKs, zero analytics, and zero crash reporting services. It makes no outbound network requests of its own. The only two exceptions are entirely in your hands: your App Store subscription, handled by Apple, and a diagnostic log if you ever choose to email one to support from Settings. See the privacy policy for what a log does and doesn't contain.
Yes. All peer-to-peer communication is encrypted in transit, built into Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework.
The current version of DeckSync is designed with the expectation that you own all the presentation devices. As such, the deck stays on the viewer devices after the presentation. Joining as a viewer is free and needs no subscription. Automatic removal of decks after a session is on the roadmap.
